Shipping & Returns

Corporate Clothier Shipping Details

Corporate Clothier normally picks, packs and ships all in-stock merchandise within 7-10 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. This shipping time does not include orders with embroidery, those orders require up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Freight and Shipping

FOB Nashville, TN. All orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.

S & H charges will be included on the invoice. Corporate Clothier charges a flat $4.95 handling fee per order.

Packaging

All pieces are individually polybagged

Third Party Shipping

Corporate Clothier assumes no responsibility for claims on shipments made to third parties.

Such claims do not release invoiced parties from payment responsibilities.

Claims

Customer Service must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the order for all claims.

Corporate Clothier Return Policy


  • Only authorized returns accompanied by a return authorization will be accepted.
  • Customer is responsible for all freight unless agreed otherwise.
  • All returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee per piece per the paid price.
  • Call tags issued for defective or inaccurate merchandise will waive the restocking fee.
  • Upon receipt by customer service, authorized returns in resellable condition will be issued a credit memo by customer service, less shipping and handling charges.
  • No cash or check refunds will be issued.
  • Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for merchandise that has embroidered, embellished or has been in the possession of purchaser or a third party for longer that 30 days.
  • Promotional, liquidation, discounted, or non-stocked merchandise are not returnable.
